Product Description eWAN is a dedicated Ethernet city to city service connecting two or more customer locations together. The metro fiber loop from the customer location to the AboveNet PoP is dedicated to the customer. The city to city long haul component rides over AboveNet’s IP MPLS backbone. eWAN is delivered beginning at either 50 Mbps or 100 Mbps with burst capability available above the commit level. eWAN may be combined with IP for a bundled service combining Ethernet city to city connectivity and Internet Access.
